GHC is beginning a partnership with Send Church Planter Michael Talley and Church 8025 in Denver, Colorado. They are a three-year-old church plant consistently running 180 people in the growing suburb of Thornton, CO. This will be our first trip of a three-year commitment to 8025 Church.
Mission Trip Dates – July 6-11, 2024
Size Limit of Team – We would like to have 15. Open to high school students and middle school students with participating parents.
Proposed Work – Help launch a student ministry for 8025 Church by hosting a student ministry summer camp for students ages 13-18 in their church and community. 8025 Church has seen consistent growth in preschool and kids areas and has the vision to reach the next generation through a relevant Christ-centered student ministry. We will need volunteers for recreation/games, worship, leading small groups, and registration/administration.
Cost – $990 per participant
